Combining channeled breath work, Qi Gong and energy exercises together with channeled sound healing and ancient healing techniques, including a guided relaxation to end.
The class is usually:
10 minutes of channeled Qi Gong (gentle breathwork exercises)
10 minutes with an Ascended Master providing a message and/or sound frequency healing
10 minutes channeled healing visualisation
This class will connect you back in with your soul, with your truth to help you to increase your energy vibration and frequency to assist you to access flow in your life.
This class will set up your energy frequency for the week.
Each class is different and will be channeled through by Alicia for whatever is most needed on that particular day for those joining the class.
Class cost is only $13 per class.
